The accommodation is located right next to the Eiffel Tower and the Champs de Mars.
Nearest metro stations (5min walk): BIR HAKEIM – DUPLEX – LA MOTTE PICQUET GRENELLE – RER CHAMP DE MARS TOUR EIFFEL – Several bus stations in front of the ideal residence to take you to visit the most beautiful places IN PARIS.
A very convenient supermarket is located in front of the residence.
There are many shops, market, food shops.
Beaugrenelle SHOPPING CENTRE (10 min walk) and close to the banks of the Seine
Around the residence you will find several coveted restaurants.
Other starred restaurants are close to the accommodation.
You can go on foot to visit the Eiffel Tower, the Trocadero, the Musée du Quai Branly Jacques Chirac, embark on the fly boats. Les Invalides, the Musée Rodin, for example, are not far away and within walking distance. You can also visit the Louvre Museum and the Musée d ‘Orsay either by taking the bus, or on foot by the banks of the Seine which will allow you to cross several monuments such as the Grand and Petit Palais, the Concorde, the Jardin des Tuileries etc.The walk is very pleasant along the Seine.
Paris is a big city where noise pollution is possible.

You will have a key to close the bedroom with its private balcony, outdoor table and chairs, open equipped kitchen, bar, Eiffel Tower view, shower, sink. The toilet is independent it is in front of the room. Guests can enjoy the balcony with the incredible view of the Eiffel Tower for a drink or meal. A balcony corner is reserved for my gardening and flower pots.
At your disposal and graciously you have coffee, tea, for breakfast.

CHECK-IN (5pm) – CHECK-OUT (11am):
A supplement will be required for an early check payable in euros to the person who gives you the keys to the accommodation.
A fee of 20 euros every 30 minutes will be due by guests for an not agreed checkout from 11 a.m. Every hour started is due.
Early check-in may be possible depending on the check-out time of previous guests and the time it takes to prepare for the listing. The time can be confirmed after previous guests’ check-out.
The agreement of the hosts is mandatory.
I take care of the 1st trip between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m.
You will be expected for 30 minutes from the agreed time for your arrival.
If there is a second trip, a fee of 30 euros will be payable by the travelers, for each additional trip with a waiting time of 30 minutes because the concierge has other check-in appointments in other residences.
The rental of a parking space is possible in front of the residence. The cost is 50th per night, a 70th security deposit for the access vigil will be requested, it will be returned to your bank account via AIRBNB, upon return of the vigic with the keys to the accommodation.

The accommodation with balcony is for 2 guests maximum.
People not registered with AIRBNB are not allowed in the listing.
For the organization, please confirm your arrival time and departure time one week before your check-in day and confirm a change 2 days before your arrival.
If a change of arrival time is not reported 3 hours prior to scheduled arrival the fee will be 30th at each new appointment.
Another appointment will be arranged with the agreement of the host and depending on the availability of the concierge.
For early check-in before 5pm or check out after 11am: if possible depending on the checkout time of previous guests and confirmation after checking the listing at checkout, and after agreement with the host. It will be requested 15th per additional hour, to be paid at the key exchange, with a minimum of 30th, any time started will be due .
If the check-in is not followed, the fee is due in full, payable to the person who gives the keys.
Always close the door of the apartment, please.
The doors are equipped with judas.
Do not use the washing machine, it is reserved for the cleaning company. Detergent is not provided.
Guests who don’t follow the rules will get a 100e penalty.
You will be responsible for the costs of repairing the damage and blocking of the toilet, machines and others.
Please also inform us as soon as you arrive if you have any problems with the accommodation in order to resolve it as best as possible.
