The space
A tourist worker for more than 15 years, I know Madrid perfectly, as I was a tour guide for several years. Feel free to ask me to help you arrange your visit.
I offer a room of more than 12 m, with balcony to quiet pedestrian street, 2 single beds, desk area to work, private bathroom and kitchen, all renovated in August 2022.

Other things to note
Located between the METRO stations of Marqués de Vadillo and Urgel, on Line 5, with numerous bus lines ( including 2 night lines).
Next to Calle General Ricardos, commercial center of the neighborhood, with numerous shops, supermarkets (Mercadona, Dia, Prima Prix…) , bars and restaurant. Immense green areas nearby such as the Parque de San Isidro and MadridRio, with countless sports facilities.
